I am on Tren E 300ml Test E 600ml a week and I have heartburn and acid reflux does this happen to anyone else and if what is the fix

Try taking a spoonful of apple cider vinegar before your meals and see if that helps. Think about it, let say you get acid spilled on your hand. Yes, vinegar is acetic acid, but many people do use vinegar (apple cider primarily) to help control heartburn. The belief is that the acid in it will keep your system from producing more HCL. Supposedly it helps you keep the ph in your stomach between 1.5 and 3. It works for me. Just use the cheap antacid pills that have calcium carbonate in them. I use them and they work.Comment
