Hey guy I'm new to all this I'm trying to get in shape and lose weight but idk where to start or what to eat what's good an what would be bad. I'm looking for a good diet plan and a good work out plan. Also what woud be good to take supplement wise and what should I not take. Please help thanks!

nobody can give you a diet plan... people can give you approximates and even macros... but truth be told, it may work for one but not for another. There are no universal diet plans as there are so many factors to consider. The best advice one could give you is to just try out things. Make your own diet and see how your body responds to it. Find what you're tolerant to or whatnot, read about what you're eating and the types of nutrients as well as how your metabolism works etc... the best diet will be made from scratch and from personal experiments.
There are no easy ready to follow diets. If you want results it'll take time and commitment.Ain't no use in lookin' down
