Worst pain evaaaah

Felt a stomach virus coming on, but ignored it and did a chest workout, anways. (lesson learned) Half way through felt sick so went home. Upon hitting the house felt lunch coming up. Chest was still pumped from workout. Let's just say heaving after chest routine may have been the worst pain I have ever felt in my life, worst than being shot.

LMAO, it fellt like i had mask on. I actually had to really control myself from going to far. There's no telling what organs I could have disturb with that intensity.
