Im 222 Lbs after the weekend of debauchery. Im sitting somewhere around 8.5 to 9% body fat. Im planning on taking off August and September and starting back up Mid October with a 16 week Christmas Cycle. Im thinking of using several of the new GP blends and some Masteron. Thanks for the kind words guys, you both work like animals as well.Somebody out there is working harder. Somebody wants it more.Comment
