    Cyp 250x a week adex? whinny? then pct. Whats up?

    Looking for advice

    36 196lbs 6%bodyfat 5'10. What I have on hand is cyp/adex/whiny can get nolvadex and clomid and even provirion. I am older now so I care more about pct and gyno. After this run I am going longterm HGH from sandoz. Every one is going to have an opinion so please help. Diet is tight and I can workout anytime i want (product of divorce). Chime in need something else or don't need something let me know.

      What's your lifting experience? I could see that you have no experience whatsoever in supplements? What's your diet like also?

        My fellow veteran is right up there bro, you seemed to lack some basic nutrition knowlege like fish oil... this is the stuff we play with when we're in 17-18 just learning. Fish oil, Creatine, some prefeer Flax oil (myself included, I tend to burp fish at my wife..... kills the mood.) over the fish oil. Flax gives you a nice blend of EFA's (3, 6, and 9) but does lack DHA and such that fish oil provides, a solid Multi-V (not your mens one a day, something made for intensity and stress we cause, Animal Pak is fair).

          Also, you're showing some ignorance on your research of compounds. If you really are indeed only 6% bodyfat why the hell do you want to run winny? Winny is the hardest AAS on your joints and well as your HDL/LDL... and at 6% bodyfat I cannot fathom a reason you would be cutting? Winny is a hardening agent, used at the end of a cutting diet or before a contest to really dry out, once you stop the winny that effect will ware off. It's also noted that it binds well with adipose tissue, again making a great cutting agent. Many of my friends stack NPP with their winny to keep the joints good and just throw in some extra Adex or Letro to stay dry.

          Were you dunked for your BF or did a cluless gym rep with calipers do it? If you are indeed being honest (and idk if I buy it) then save the winny for a later date, proviron PCT was an old trick back in the day when PCT wasn't a real thing yet, kinda like once you went on you never went off... it was commonly used as a "bridge" to keep your dick hard and hold onto some gains. It sounds like you need to do more research as I feel you aren't truly looking in the wrong direction. For your first cycle stick with Test E/Test C ONLY, this allows you to see how you respond... you wont need extra compounds. With proper diet and training you will GROW from test alone... typically 15-20 pounds first cycle depeding on dose and dedication...... but again do some more reading bro.

            The gear I have is the gear I have. I get into the fish oil and the creatine and hold on the whinny or sell it. My guy just wanted to make a sale on the whin. I was dunked. I have been working my ass off to get there. Before going on cycle. its been 15 yrs since stacking. I remember being young and foolish stacking cyp d-bol and anything else. and eating whatever.

              Just run Cyp. at 500 mgs. a week for 12-16 weeks. It shouldn't hurt ya to run the winstrol 4-6 weeks at the last weeks of this cycle. It'll polish off whatever water you may have. Use the adex at .5 eod-e3days..... I like clomid myself, If you go this route 50mgs. a day for 4 weeks should be fine..... Just throwing ya an idea bud!!! Hope this helps ya some?

                    mbig245 - im in the 8th week of my cycle
                    50mg androl first 6weeks (finished thos - got really stronge no real size from this or this cycle cuase i am trying to cut)
                    600mgs of test E - (pinning every 5 days just cus it is easier to hid from the wife - thinking about going to every 3days for rest of cycle - going 12 more weeks on test)
                    500mgs of EQ (same on the pinning - and im going to run 8more weeks of the Eq)

                    now for the big question - i have gained "some" quality muscle (im ok with that) but i have also lost 12lbs but i am still at 18% bodyfat - i want to be around 12%
                    no other than diet and more cardio what else can i do....... oral tren, T2, T3, winny, clenbuteral?????? im up for anything

                    no im not ignoring diet and cardio i just now i eat the best i can (i cheat but what ya gonna do) and cardio i do 25-30 mins 4 days a week, and 60 mins a day 2days aweek......

                    please help i want to see my abs or some of then in 8weeks or less LOL
