  • Strength/Endurance

At what strength to body weight ratio would be considered "strong" ? Also what would be considered having a lot of endurance?
Every facet, every department of your mind needs to be programmed by you, and unless you assume your rightful responsibility and begin to program your own mind, the world will program it for you.

Nobody will be able to answer this as there are so many kinds of strength and endurance. I suck at long distance but I can do HIIT all day long. I suck at curling heavy weights yet at powerlifting I can lift maybe 6x what I'd usually be lifting..

a 160lbs mma fighter can put a 300lbs bodybuilder on his ass in one single hit- I've seen it happen... so see.... there are no rules

Ain't no discharge on the ground
Ain't no use in lookin' back

In the powerlifting circles 2x your body weight in the squat is a good sign of strength. LIke Xamo says there are no absolutes.
