    Alright everyone who bothers reading this...readers discretion is advised.... Okay so i am at day 45 of my cut and im fucking pissed. i fucking did my cycle of t3 and clen and i ate right. hardly any fucking carbs. i got my gram of protein per lb and everything. cut out milk. ate super clean. i drink a ton of water. i do long cardio and hiit i fucking change up my workouts so im sweating balls in 45 min and panting half the time. i fucking carbed up this weekend bcuz i pyramided off my t3, last day friday. i honestly ate damn healthy even before this fucking shit. I fucken even pr'ed on the bench a couple weeks into t3. i have always been stuck at like 18% bf and i lost some lbs so far but for fucks sake man fuck this shit i want my fucking abs to show. everyone who is ignorant about fucking lifting doesnt give a fuck if you are strong for your size. if u dont have a six pack you aint shit. not only that but im sick of this fucking Pillsbury dough boy roll sticking over my waist band when im sitting around. i have fucking tried to fucking stop fucking swearing but this shit has been mind fucking me for fucking 45 days. i have until june 1st to finish this fucking battle. fuck. im gonna fucking do the MOTHERFUCKING KETO DIET AND FUCKING GET THIS SHIT ROLLING AGAIN. im gonna fuck this diet up and fucking finish what i started. i have always worked my ass off but i guess who ever fucking made me thought itd be funny to keep me a fatass. fuck that. i am seriously doing this because i fucking need to vent in fucking writing so i can stop squirming about this dumb shit. fuck. maybe i am just amped up from the motherfuckin carbs. FUCK YEAH KETO ON TUES

    Keto isn't 100% reliable.

    I used to be extremely fat, and at times, what ever I would do I wouldn't be able to lose weight. The main reason was that as I was losing weight, I also was gaining muscles- and as a result my diet wouldn't let me lose anymore fat. I first started losing weight on a 1800 calories scale. That had me lose quite a bit a fat but as time went by, I had to up the calories or I wouldn't lose anymore fat. Right now, I can't lose any fat UNLESS I reach a minimum of 2800 calories daily. That means a 1000 more calories than when I started. If I go under, I will not be able to burn anything... I'm pretty sure you're having the same issue... if you can't lose anymore weight then it's due to your diet really. Keto by the way isn't considered a healthy diet- people cycle it 2 weeks on 2 weeks off, that usually while others go all the way but yeah I wouldn't personally.

    The best thing would be to know your body enough and just make yourself your own diet, it's so much better, no macros will ever tell you how your body is or how it reacts to anything.

      Xamo's right, when my wife did her first show at one point she couldn't lose anymore fat, so we had to up her caloric intake and she started to lose again.

        I 3rd that! I was 272lbs with more than 25% body fat in September of 2009. At first I just cut calories down to around 1500 and hit the cardio like a mad man. Like Big and Xamo have stated, you hit a training wall. I slowly built my calories up. Now, I routinely eat about 2500 calories on most days and about 4000 calories twice per week. The high calorie days are essential... Its amazing, when I was fat, I loved to eat a ton of carbs and nasty fats. Now, when I am cheating, I feel like Im eating to accomplish a goal and I do not get pleasure from the additional consumption... Also, I found that training my body with unexpected increases in heart rate has been crucial to getting the stubborn fat. I do 30 minutes of cardio everyday, but I try to get my heart rate back to 160 beats per minute 3 other times in a single day. It only takes about 2 minutes of intense exercise, but your body starts to recognize that you will need it to respond quickly and being a fatty is not helping...
        Somebody out there is working harder. Somebody wants it more.

          I went through similiar trouble losing BF. Tried damn near everything. I will tell you though, once I ran a cycle of tren, holy shit it transformed my body. I just got off and now the real work starts keeping the BF down while on down time from cycling.

            Thanks for the support guys. I put a thousand cals on my diet and trying to attain keto. got the strips and cam back negative after a few days. my carbs are pretty damn low so maybe its just a matter of time. also switched my workouts to hiit and circuit. 41 days to go baby.
            My bad on taking a while to reply i was really pissed for a couple of days. i will try my best. i have before pictures...just rather have some good after pictures too haha.
