  • couple pics from my show

    hey guys,

    so, now that i've had the week off of my diet and taken it light in the gym, i am going to turn the diet back on tomorrow. we have our state championship coming up in about 7 wks. i decided to throw my hat into the ring. the competition is going to be tough, no doubt about it. it seems like everyone has been prepping for this show. we are going to take things a step further and see what happens if i take this package and try to suck down to middle weight. thats another 10 lbs down, after water loss, from where i came in for the last show. right now, i'm sitting at 203 lbs. the cut off will be 176. its going to take some suffering and cardio to reach this goal. at the show last wk, i was already at my leanest yet. i know i can do this. i know that this level of conditioning can be mine.

    heres a couple pics from last wks show. so far, this has been my best to date. after the state show coming up, i am going to shut it down go back into off season mode and try to put on abother 10 lbs to do jr nationals in 2013

    what kind of stack are you gonna be running up to the show?

      wow, great workman. must feel great to put in all that hard work and succeed. seriously impressive. and btw what have you been doing for cardio?

        thanks bro. since we only have 6 wks between shows, there isnt really much room for change. i came off the halo but outside of that, i'll be running the same prgram. once again, everything in the arsenal is geneza pharm. test e, tren, masteron. also using their adex, t3, and clen. at 3 wks out, i'll start the halo back up

          thanks bro. up until we cut cardio preshow, i had worked my way up to 70 min a day, 6 days a wk. ideally, first thing in the AM, fasted cardio is the way to go, IMO. i do slow steady state, heart rate around 120 BPM. usually split between the treadmill and step mill. treadmill about 3 miles an hr on 3 incline

          since the show, i've cut my cardio back to 25 min to give my body a break

                  forgot to ask when did you start bodybuilding? as in decide you wanted to compete?
