Does anyone have any recommendations on how to go about getting certified to be a personal trainer? I seen alot of ads on the web but not sure what's gimmicks and what's not. Just trying to get some education on all aspecs of body building.

i let mine expire a long time ago...i went to the local college that had a sports medicine and exercise science program, so they had a weekend course...anther way is to check with your gym, they are usually up to date on it cuz they receive info to get their employees certifiedSatisfaction Is the Death of Desire -
