Hey guys how's it goin?I've got some area I need help with as far as dieting goes.I have been on a low carb diet for two weeks now and I dropped like eight pounds and trying to trim this fat up before I get my goodies in.I'm 220lbs and 6ft 1, don't know my body fat percent right off hand lol.Basically I want to hear what people have to say they do as far as dieting.Let's say if one was on test at 500 mg week what diet plans would I use to cut up,and also what would I do too bulk up.I know I need to keep my cals above a certain level for cutting or I'm just wasting the test right?Any suggestions would be great for dieting for cut cycle,and or bulking cycle.I am off the carb diet now after two weeks of hell and no motivation/energy.Thanks Guys
