    ok brahs need some opinions on my progress...

    pic 1: 10 months ago...natty...165lbs
    pic 2: 4 months ago...after 1 PH cycle...178lbs
    pic 3: currrent...5 weeks into Test cycle w/ SD kickstart...195lbs

    I'd say try to even out your muscles, some muscles on both right and left sides seem stronger than the others. Do you do any isometric? Good job though

      yea my right side has always been a little bigger than the left...honestly I think its from 10+ years of jacking off with my right hand. haha does that have any merit to it...? its the only thing I can blame it on right now.

      and yes I do isos at the end of workouts usually...after my compound lifts.

        I wouldn't mix iso with your weightlifting routines. Do some intense iso once a week, for a full body work out.

            yeah, I think so. It did work for me. I do it EOD now though

              I think you look pretty good, imo I would say you need to work your lower lats a little more, your V is short. Seated rows and dumbbell rows should help with that, other wise I think it looks good.
              Whats your B-Fat if you know?

                  Where r the LEG's? do a front shot too.

                  - constructive criticism- gaining good size, I agree w/Mrbig (lower lats) and also Triceps a little behind.

                  I gotta give u props not a lot of guys post pics.
