Ok I can't be the only one. When you see people texting between sets or Even during reps does that piss you off? I mean it's not my business but it bothers me. Especially when your patiently waiting for a bench or machine and there sitting there like it's a recliner texting or doing whatever on their phones. I mean you can't leave your phone alone for a 45 min workout? Who else does this bother? Maybe I'm too old, lol or too old school. Anyone..... or possible your guilty of this, LOL.

I spent quite some time doing martial arts so maybe it has to do with that. Boy I could imagine trying to text if it were possible way back then, I would have got clobbered by my teacher. I guess if your busy texting then it would seem like your not taking your workout serious enough. There shouldn't be anything else on your mind during the workout like where you guys gonna be later? I can't imagine Mr. Olympia texting between sets. Hey I said I'm old school, I hope no one takes offense, just my way of thinking.

We definitely aren't working on the same muscle fibers.. I do 15-30 secs rest max in between sets... still doing as heavy as I can... no time for the damn phoneAin't no use in lookin' down
Ain't no discharge on the ground
Ain't no use in lookin' back
'Cause Jody's got your Cadillac
Ain't no use in feelin' blue
'Cause Jody's got your lady too

Well In your case your keeping your focus on your workout while in between sets, actually sounds like a great idea. I was really referring to texting. Maybe this old man will get one of those apps! There are no stupid questions just stupid answers, Please dont be asked to be spoon fed though
