I used b-12 with EQ and it was actually to much, I ended up with OABS. I would try making my meals smaller and eat them more often. Also after every 2-3rd meal I take a low calorie/carb shake, Im usually starving 30 minutes later after that. Im not sure what type of diet your using but you could also add in a low carb day when you appeatite starts to slow down. All in all, you need to stimulate your metabolism.Stay In The Grind......Muscle Comes With Time

think these guys have given a lot of good suggestions. and i'm sure if you post your diet up, they can help more. just something to keep in mind...diet is the hardest part of this sport. training is fun. we go in the gym and move heavy weight. it can be a rush. the hard work comes in the other 23 hrs of the day. i always have to remind myself to 'man up' and do what it takes to reach my goals. you can always physically eat a little more. force feed yourself if you have to. sometimes in the off season, i sit there with a big plate of food, bite, chew, mouthful of water, swallow, repeat...until the food is gone.if you are new to the board, please take a minute to read the rules...CLICK HERE

I do eat 8 small meals ED my total calories is around 2500... protein can be an issue at times being I get sooooo sick of the same stuff ED chicken and steak I just hate it... it's hard in a way... my diet is stagnant that's the best way to say it...
My problem isn't just that it's how do I overcome my stomach and eat 3,500+ and having GERD well I battle protein shakes at times... does it matter how long it takes me to eat my meals? Sometimes it can take me 1/2 hour to eat a small meal... I agree about man up and just do it... I am greatful of all the info... how can I get out of the stagnant funk of the same food.. I know get diff food but chicken meat ect... not much options and shakes can be difficult and pricey at times...
Alot of the time I just don't want it... I'm hoping b12 of something increase my hunger enough to just force me to eat more... I'll def try everything everone has said.

All great advice here.I totally understand how boredom can make your dieting fail.Thats why you have to continue to add more tasty and new meals into your daily diet.I have plenty of great tasting but HEALTHY recipes posted brother. As sam said, dieting is definitely the hardest part of not only a bbing lifestyle but any healthy lifestyle and keeping it exciting will make it so much easier. The old way of thinking that you have to eat dry tuna, plain chicken breasts and rice cakes are old and antiquated my friend. There is NO REASON you cannot eat good tasty foods and still remain on a bbing diet.
Now of course there are times when dieting will suck and really challenge your will,i.e.during contest prep but thats a given.During those times you will be basically eating the very most limited amounts of food but any other time throughout the year when you're not preparing for a contest, you can enjoy a variety of foods and still meet your goals.
Check out some of my recipes and try em out.PM me if you have any specific questions or need any further suggestions or direct help.
