So I'm not sure how to explain this but my triceps basically lost a lot of their mass in an extremely short amount of time, literally a few days to the point where I had to lower my bench 40lbs and have to be careful what weight I'm using in order not to get cramping or twist them.
My biceps and shoulders remained untouched I really don't get it... my diet hasn't changed at all I'm still well over 400g of prot a day and my usual carbs... I've never had such breakdown..
My last two pins where in my delts followed by a very strong massages both times. I could feel the liquid going, spreading itself through my triceps and shoulders so I'm not sure this might be the cause of it?
