It had been awhile since I took a break from training so I decided to take a week off. Started up again the other day and strength and size has noticably increased. This is just a remainder to everyone that rest and breaks are very important.
The key...... I continued to eat cleanly and maintained my protein intake. Don't be afraid to stop every once in a while and let your body grow - just don't forget to eat.
