Yeah I did, my arms were a huge 12 inches flexed....... now they are 16.5

wow man i think i still have around 2 months i'm around 20 lbs lbm added i defently have not added 4 inches to my arm tho lol probably around 1.5 inches dunno i'm keeping it natural here tho never ran any gear
