I want to thank some of the guys for commenting on my avatar, but I also want you guys to now how hard I've worked to get were I'm at today. I've been training since I was 25, but after I got married I stop for about 5-6 year and ended up with what you see below. After seeing that pic I decided to get my ass in gear and do something about it. So I started by getting up at 5am to do cardio and three times a day at that, eating only 2000 calories a day. Barely having enough energy to get me through the day let alone my work out. Again guys it was A LOT OF HARD WORK.
