    For what he's being paid, I'd follow that diet as well. I'm pretty sure he's diet is 90% of supplement shakes as well... Anyway, yeah I'd definitely like to know what he's taking as well as his routines.

          Why? I mean, some protein shakes are much more efficient than solid meals :/

            Ya why is meat protein say more effective then a shake.. Has there been and type of study done on this

              I don't know. It could be all from great genetics and hard work. My brother in law is like that. Big and cut, and the strongest thing he's ever taken is creatine. lol..

                Yea my new work-out partner is cut like nobody's business!! I out weigh him by 50 pounds and he can hang with me on the bench!????

                              Seriously: there is an important track and field european coach that says that anti-doping tests are useless and too expensive: a good coach can say 99% if an athlete is on gear(AAS and hGH in primis): look at the shoulders and eventually if there is some acne(and i say at the subcoutaneus fat and vascularity) and you will know....natural this guy?????
