it sure has been a while. im sad to announce that i havent seen a gym in about 4 months. all that progress down the drain,but i had to stop. if yall remember,i was having bad shoulder pains. it got so bad that i couldnt do everyday things,like raising a glass to drink,without pain.so i quit and am talkin with a doc about my options. well,looks like either calcium deposits or torn rotator cuff(s). the doc thinks its both. needless to say,it looks like surgery is in order. no worries though. i will be able to get back to it after i heal up good.

now,for the great announcement. im going to be a father. its a little girl. due december 24th. the wife and i agreed on "Piper Marie Bailey".
funny thing is,when we are going to bed,i actually have to say goodnight to her.otherwise,she will kick the wifes insides to death untill i do. kinda funny.

also,i moved to Texas. not exactally what i had planned on. but,as the saying goes,"we plan,God laughs". i did finish college for welding and i also am now a certified welder. all that is useless here,seeing as where im at,there isnt a opening for a welder to be found.

i see some "new" fellas on here. im sure all the older guys have broke yall in. dont worry,you'll get used to MrBig245 and F.I.S.T.'s sense of humor.

Congrats brother! I was born the day after X-mas. heres a little advice, ALWAYS HAVE A SEPERATE B-DAY PARTY AND NEVER COUNT THEIR X-MAS GIFT AS A B-DAY GIFT!! LOL

Sorry to hear about the shoulder but at lest you can get it taken care of, awesome news about your daughter. Buy your gear now though because once shes born you'll be spending all that cash on diapers. lol Congrats on being a welder, my son is a welder also, about two month ago he ended up getting a job with GE. They sent him to Boston for training and sent him another place some were in the northern mid west to get him certified for GE's welds, well to make a long store short he quit while he was out there. I guess what I'm saying is check the Internet and GE to see if they still have some welding positions available, Good luck bro.

It was a traveling job and he new it when he excepted the job and then decided he doesn't like to travel, knuckle head kid of mine. The way I look at it is a jobs a job. Anyone whos working now a days should be happy there still working, the wife lost hers last month.

Hey man congrats on the baby. DK how well you like North Dakota, but I saw on NBC news that they are hiring like crazy there. 15.00 an hr. just for fast food industry. Something with the oil boom that's going on in North Dakota.

i wouldnt mind moving to ND. i hate the cold,but the pay would damn sure be worth it. i am currently working. just started and already hate it. cant stand working in a place with people that are SUPPOSED to be adults and gossip and trash talk like teen-age high schoolers. where i work,im not a welder, im making 9.48/hr,work 12 hr shifts,work nights only, and can get as much overtime as i want. but i sure would rather make 15-18/hr and spend more time with my wife and family.

thanks for all the congrats on the lil girl. if the ole saying is true that your kids will be worse than you,shes gonna be a handful.

as far as the GH goes. i forgot about that. i will keep that in mind. ohh and BTW,has anybody heard any commercials on the radio advertising HCG for weight loss? saying up to 2lbs of fat loss a day. they are selling it for cheap too. at the same token....it kinda pisses me off. injecting hormones for fat loss is fine. but injecting hormones for healthier lifestyle....not so much. makes no sense and just shows how backward this government is.
