whats up fellas. here are a couple pics of my new puppy. i just got her this wk. someone got her at 12 wks old, decided that she was too much work, gave her to a foster, who cared for her for a month and now she is mine at 6 months old. she is super sweet. loves to cuddle and loves to play. i'd consider myself pretty good at training dogs. its kind of been a side hobby. like BB, its something that i've spent a great deal of time learning. she is doing really well. when walking, at a corner, i like my dog to sit before we cross. in only 3 days, she picked this up and i dont even need to tell her now. eventually, i would like to get her a cert to be a therapy dog, so that i can take her to hospitals to comfort people.

i have been told she is 3/4 american bulldog and 1/4 pitbull. i feel like i see more than just 1/4 pit though. anyway, here are the pics

She's cute as a button Sam. I would agree that there's more than a 1/4 pit there as well. You can really see it in most of the face and jowl area.

Love the black patch over the eye. Very cute dog sam. In the top picture her ears remind me of gizmo from the Gremlins.

Very cool! I had 15 pit bulls once when I was trying to start a blood line. Make sure you give her lots of love and social interaction with other prople and animals so to continue to show people that its not the breed but the way they are raised.

i hear you bro. before her, i had a rot. she was a sweetheart and a great example of what the breed can be.

i learned that pits are the hardest dog to addopt out, simply because of their rep. they are much more likely to be put down. that broke my heart and is one of the reasons i wanted a pitbull vs anything else. in the past i bought from a breeder, but it feels good to rescue this dog.
15 dogs huh. that had to be quite a site! i really like the blue pits. when i was at venice beach, it seemed like every thug had a blue pit by their side. i couldnt believe how thick some of those males were, especially considering they were only come up to your knee haha
