1. Move toes on both feet
2. Text with index finger
3. Sit up in bed at the right angle
4. Bend both knees 1/4 off bed
5. Most important/use tv remote/cell phone
6. Control legs and feet while sitting
7. Forearms and bicepts feeling out with fluid and veins. Dont know how
8. Thighs filling out. Damm forgot what they look like
gaining size back is great, but going to make my recover hard.
