Need furniture transport from Warsaw to Porto

I decided to try living in Portugal, specifically in the city of Porto, and I have already rented an apartment here. I used to live in Warsaw, but I don't really like the weather there from November to April, so I decided to make this move. I have some furniture left in Warsaw and I would like to bring it to Porto so that I don't have to buy new ones, since my new apartment is almost empty. Is there a way to organize this?

I'm sure you won't regret your move and my personal recommendation is to try surfing at Matosinhos Beach. I moved here a few years ago because it is one of the best surf spots in Europe. I moved from Paris, and my appliances (vacuum cleaner, fridge, microwave, etc.) were transported by a company I found through the online service GetTransport, which connects users with different transport providers.
