so who watched prejudging last night? looks like jay has some serious burising in his (right?) arm and probably isn't going to retain the title. he is soft from behind. maybe the injury has put too much pressure on him. too bad for him. i heard he was going to wrap it up after this. could this possibly be phil's year? he is looking awesome! and if kai dries out more by tonight, i think he will do some damage. i'm going to call it like this...

check out this comparison pic even without jays arm think phil is looking good all round. i agree with ya sam 1st phill 2nd kia if he nails the water and jay might get 3rd but the arm does look bad

I attended the the meet and greet Friday and the expo today. Dexter and Kai look great but Phil's width in real life is surprisingly narrow. It was kind of strange.

I missed the finals because I was attending the Mayweather/Ortiz fight but congrats to Phil Heath. Those guys are amazing-it was my first time going to the Olympia events.

PHIL LOOKED AMAZING! congrats to the new Mr O. his shape just looked "right"....jay came out and looked like a dinosour...no offence to jay fans. i have always loved jay. it was just that, IMO, he looked old school and phil looked like today's bodybuilder.

kai was just too heavy. now that phil is Mr O, maybe he'll stop trying to be big and put more focus into his conditioning. he can probably be ripped to shreads and still far outsize phil. time will tell!

congrats to vic on the 4th place and dex looked respectable in 5th. dex is far from washed up brining that package
