I'd recommend a good solid diet and training/cardio regimen. For women, anavar is mostly used with great results. But the other parts (Diet, Training, etc) need to be in place as well.

Novice - limited workout time( kids, work), these are all good reasons Not to use gear. This stuff is not just for casual use for everyone, this is what gives it a bad name. I am sure all these hot celebrity new moms got back their bods with good old hard work.
