  • Yawwwnnnnnn!!!!

    So here is the deal:
12 weeks into a 20 week Test, EQ, and anavar cycle.

The past week I've noticed I feel tired as all hell all the time.. More than normal. My sleep schedule is all fucked up. When i have to sleep I'm wide ass awake and when I have to be up, I could literally curl up on a bed of glass with a jack hammer pillow and sleep.

Usually try and work out 5-6 days a week.

What the Frick is going on with me? Am I becoming rip van winkle ?
Do I need to start supplementing with Meth?

      Sorry to hear it brother.

What type of sleep are you getting at night?I know you said its hard to skeep but how many hours are you getting? Are you able to nap at any time during the day? Maybe after work?Even an hour nap can work miracles.

Also, whats you diet looking like?Maybe you need to switch things up a little bit.Too few carbs and fat intake could be the culprite.

Also are you taking a good multi vitamin?Could help as well.

Yea I think im good with the supps and vitamins.
My work is a huge problem due to the fluctuation of hours and times I work but basically I work a 1pm to 11pm shift.
Get home, typically don't get to sleep until 1am or 2 am.
9am.....wide awake. Can set your clock to it. Usually tired as hell. Get to the gym by 11am. Depending on workout, usually there until 1230 pm. Then go to work.
        Diet:
Morning: either eggs, chicken breast, multigrain cereal or home made bran muffins.
Before workout: protein bar with 46 grams of carb
After work out: 35 gram protein shake with fresh strawberries for the sugar insulin spike
Lunch: fresh salad usually with all the garden on it and a couple chicken breasts.
After lunch: 25 g muscle milk
After after lunch: 25 g muscle milk
Dinner: chicken or steak or turkey and usually some type of complex carbohydrate. Potato, raw carrots, etc
Evening: muscle milk 25 g protein
Get home, either muscle milk or protein shake or plain turkey out of the pack.

I supp with N/O explode and cell mass recovery and usually sip a glutamine/taurine/creatine while working out. Mornings i take a complex multi vitamin, glucosamine, milk thistle, and aspirin. Benadryl on occasion.

Well the work schedule can definitely throw your sleep paterns off especially if it flucuates but not much you can do about that.

Maybe you should add a few more calories to your daily intake. From what you posted,it doesn't look like you're taking in too much which could be robbing you of your energy.I know we all sometimes get stuck on getting as lean as possible by cutting out our diet to a bare minimum, but sometimes too much where it starts to affect our performance. In your case it wouls appear to be doing just that.Try adding in maybe 1 additional meal during the day.Anything will do,a protein shake,a tuna or lean meat sandwich, even some nuts could help.As long as its a relatviely clean meal you should be GTG with your diet while giving you those added nutrients to restore energy.

Try it out and let me know how it goes.
