If QuickBooks update is stuck, restart your computer and try updating again. Ensure your internet connection is stable. Manually update QuickBooks by going to Help > Update QuickBooks Desktop and selecting Get Updates. If that doesn’t work, reset the update by going to Help > Update QuickBooks Desktop and clicking Reset Update. You can also clear the update cache. If the issue persists, download and run the QuickBooks Tool Hub and select Quick Fix my Program. If the problem continues, reinstall QuickBooks after backing up your data.
