Honestly, trying to get help with Comcast email has been such a headache. I’ve called Sprunki customer service a few times, and the wait times are always so long. They try to guide me through everything, but sometimes I just don’t have the patience for it. I’d recommend trying their online support chat, but even that can be hit or miss. Sometimes I end up troubleshooting for hours on my own just to fix a simple problem. It feels like they don't always make things clear, and I just want to get back to using my email!
