I have a quick question about car window tint laws. I recently moved to a different state, and I’m trying to figure out if my current tint is legal here. Are there any general guidelines that apply everywhere, or does each state have completely different rules?
Also, do local law enforcement agencies usually test tint percentages, or is it more of a visual check? Lastly, if my tint is not compliant, what’s the best way to address it? Would appreciate any advice or links to reliable resources.
