Whats up guys! Just call me Jay im 26 former ectomorph lol! Ive ran 3 cycles already just had about a year off AAS and about 9 months off lifting. Got back in about 2 months ago workin out lightly but 3 weeks ago started hittin the gym hard! Gonna be runnin cycles and tryin different diet plans and training regiments and trading info with others. Ive done alot of research but still need alot of advice so ill be happy to help others or learn from the more experienced! Nice to be here tho guys!
