  • Circuit workout challenge

Thought it would be fun to post a workout challenge... I know a lot of big dudes on here but how's your endurance??
I used to do this routine EOD with only cardio on the off days and I actually saw great results in both growth and fat loss... I now drop it in about once / week to shock my body... and to make sure that my strength and endurance are proportionate...

This is a modified "Navy Seal Workout": (modified to be harder)
10 Marine Corps pollups ( i.e. no kipping, all the way down, all the way up)
20 pushups with handles (chest should break the plane of your hands.)
10 dips (preferably the full hangy ones, not feet up)
10 jump squats (dig in, get as low as you can and explode as hard as you can)
20 abs (whatever you like... switch it up each round)
The whole thing 10 times as fast as you can... form is important... try not to cheat.

My average time is about 50 minutes...

I'm sure there are some guys on here than can blow me out of the water... Switch it up and shock your body... then post your time .

LOL I was reading this and I was thinking to myself "man is this guy joking? this is easy". Then I went further down and read "10 times as fast a you can". Then I thought to my man this guys a fucking nut case. lol I probably could only get through 6-7 times. Good workout to confuse your body for extra growth
Muscles are made in the kitchen, not in the gym. Eat big to get big.

Yeah, this is one of those workouts that if you don't do it pretty regular you can't do when you get back at it... If I go a month without doing it I'm dead at around 7 or 8th circuit... anything more than that i'm and down to 6 or so... I can usually add 1 circuit per week till I get back to 10... when i'm doing 10 for a couple months I try to add in 5 or 10 lbs with a weight vest... at my peak I was adding 20lbs to the workout and staying on my time... but that was when I was about 200lbs... right now I'm 250 so just my body weight it more than sufficient to keep my ass kicked.
