Hey guys, I was prescribed antidepressants a couple years ago and only take them if I absolutely need to or if shit starts to get unmanageable for me. The reason for me not taking them as prescribed is because everytime I start taking them, I drop weight, I lose some strength, my muscles get smaller, and I have a flat look. Not to mention, I take way longer to recover after workouts. It does suppress my appetite, however I still force myself to eat. Is there anyone on here that has had the same experience? What are your thoughts. Thanks JM!
