There is a lot of ways on how HGH should be used, how many IU’s and for how long one should use it. Now this all depends on your age, body type ect…ect I’m NO expert. This is what happened to me, so here’s my take on it.
Some history about me, I’m 47 years old and I’ve been training since I’ve been 25 years old. I’ve been on and off gear between the ages of 28 to 35. At the age of 40 I was able to get my doctor to give me a proscription called Testim. I didn’t need it, but I thought I’d try it. Testim 1% (testosterone gel) is a prescription medicine that contains testosterone. Testim is used to treat adult males who have low or no testosterone and is not good for building a whole lot of muscle. The prescription was for two tubes ED.
Back about seven months ago someone had given me six vials of HGH, I’m not sure if it was 8 IU’s or 10 IU’s per vial. They did all the work for me, now when I say that, I mean they mixed it for me and I would pin myself every day in the morning. I started with 2iu’s for about 2 weeks, then I bumped it to 3iu’s and then on to 4iu’s. I had enough so that it lasted me a total of five weeks. Before I started the HGH I was using two tubes of the Testim ED and weighed 195lbs. When I started the HGH I bumped up the Testim to four tubes ED. I wasn’t eating very clean and had only been back training for about four weeks. I hadn’t trained since I was 42, so there was a layoff of about five years.
This is what HGH did for me, throughout the five weeks I did not change my diet or training just bumping up the Testim to two more tubes ED for a total of four tubes. As I started into the second week I started to notice my size and weight going up. Throughout the whole five week my weight and size kept increasing. At the end of the fifth week I went from 195lbs to 200lbs within that five week time period and put on two inches on my arm. Remember my diet and training didn’t change at all. I don’t know what my b-fat was so,…. I don’t know how or if that was affected. This is what a low dose of HGH has done for me, and to tell you I was pretty happy to see that much gain in such a short time.
Also I had gone from using two tubes ED of the Testim to using four tubes ED more than four or five times and had NEVER seen that kind of gain…..EVER.
That’s what HGH did for me; I’ll be starting a twenty week run incorporating HGH with other gear, on May 2nd. , so I’ll keep everyone up to date.
