I'm taking 25mg before workout, and 50 mg after work, the brand is GNC cookies and cream. But even if i take a little bit it still hurts my stomach. Any ideas on better brands or anything else?

i would try a better brand for sure. it's hard to say why you're having this issue now, but discomfort is usually only a problem with the cheaper wheys. maybe pick up a small tub online of a high quality product like syntrax, species, ect.

Whey has a lot of carageenan in it which is a milk based sugar that affects a lot of people including myself. Anything from diahrea to stomach cramps to throwing up. For me it was intolerable and until recently wasn't able to take whey. However I just started using Muscle Milk lactose free whey. It doesn't have carageenan listed in the ingredients and so far I havn't had any issues.

By drinking too much milk you can become or start becoming lactose intolerance.

Also, just naming the brand isn't good enough, you need to name the product as well...

Money makes all the difference when buying Whey. You don't have to buy the most expensive, just don't settle for the cheapest. I forget what brand protien I used to use but it was super cheap and every time I mixed it up and drank it there was a 50% chance I would vomit and then endure thirty minutes of dry heaving. I decided to switch to a better known and consequently more expensive brand and my stomach problems stopped.

I have to get the name of this protien powder my girlfriend uses. Believe it or not it's a vegetarian protien powder, so it just contains proteins derived from plants, one of those plants being the Chia Pet plant actually. It's absolutely fucking delicious and smells so good you could eat it dry. It only has 4 grams of carbs, 4 grams of sugar, and 30 grams of protien. It does'nt contain any soy either. I keep telling her I'm going to steal it from her when she isn't paying attention.
Victory needs no explanation, defeat allows none.

                              BSN Syntha-6 (Whey/Casein mix)
                              Xtreme Formulation Ultra Peptide Whey
Xtreme Formulation Ultra Peptide 2.0 (Whey/Casein mix)
                              Optimum Nutrition makes decent protein...

Also remember, it is good idea to keep a steady stream of aminos, so do opt for just a whey, but get a good blend of casein and whey.

And as far as creatine, you do not need any special type. Good old fashion creatine mono is all you need, and very affordable.
