I worked out my legs last night, heavy like always.
Squats
8 @ 225lbs.
8 @ 315lbs.
8 @ 405lbs.
7 @ 495lbs.
Machine Hack Squat
4 sets of 8 @ 400lbs.
Calf Raises
4 sets of 12 @ 400lbs
Machine leg extensions
3 sets of 8 @ 250lbs holding it out for 2 seconds each rep
Machine leg curls
3 sets of 8 @ 250lbs holding it for 2 seconds each rep
Ha I never wrote that out it looks like a whole lot more on paper, especially when I did shoulders after. But, down to the point. I had a great workout, my legs were on fire. After I got home and got out of the shower, my lady pointed out a huge bruise on the back of my right knee. I thought she was joking at first since it didn't feel out of the ordinary. So I decided to take a look in the mirror and it was big and dark, this morning it was almost black. I touched the area last night and felt a sharp pain, I don't know if that is from the bruised area or what. Anyone have any thoughts on this? I would appreciate any input. Btw, I am on 500 mgs of enanthenate ew and 40 mgs of dbol ed.
