    Because so many people think they can lose weight with exercise alone. But that never works.

    What's your opinion?





    To lose weight, the MOST important thing to focus on is your diet.

    So kudos for being on the right track!

    The short & simple answer to your question is:

    You lose weight by eating fewer calories than you burn.

    I lost 30 pounds in 3 months on keto. Minimal exercise, just ate what I was allowed on keto and kept track of my macros. I'm starting to lift weights though and I've kind of been in stall due to the holidays.

      vegetables and salad is better to reduce fat and take good proteins, intake plenty of water and avoid junks food.

        If you want to reduce your body weight throught diet, you should follow few things,

        1.One is avoid junk food items,
        2.Avoid to drink alcohol
        3.Avoid to eat more non-veg food item.
        4.Drink plenty of water.
        5.Eat more vegetables and fruits.
        6.Don't eat more amount of food at night time.

        These things will helps to lose more body weight.
