Which one is good to reduce cholesterol? Do you recommend anything?
My small advice is better to avoid junk food items in your daily food diet. Another thing, try to take fiber rich food items daily. Drink plenty of water and doing simple workouts will surely boosting body health condition and also reduce cholesterol.
