Hey,just looking for some peace of mind.I'm 38 years old 6 ft. 2inchs.196 lbs.13 % body fat.I think I'm ready for my fit run.Been training for 3 years.Went from 215 fat to 175 skinny in first year and I've gained 20 back.I'd like to think at least 12 lbs of that are muscle .I'm going to cycle but I'm just scared of geeting scammed or busted or any of the other things I've read in the bad reviews.Your thoughts would be appreciated.
