I'm 6ft 5 weight is 340 and would like advice on what to start out with . Obviously need something to kill fat lol. Any help or advice would be nice. Thanks
Diet and exercise are they base for any and all weight loss. Do you have any history of weight training? At that weight i wouldn't recommend anything high impact. Incline walking is my favorite cardio, very easy to keep heart rate between 120-140 bpm (fat burning zone) but elliptical and rowing are also very good options. You didn't get big overnight and won't get small overnight. Consistency is key.
