First cycle advise.

Ok lads, I'm going to do my first cycle.
I'm 35 5"9 210lb with about 15% body fat.
Going for Winstrol oral, 2 weeks at 30mg and 4
weeks at 60mg. Than a Pst of Nolvadex.

Thoughts??

What are your goals man? I would NEVER run an oral only cycle without a Test base. A first Cycle should look like this. (IMO)

Aromasin is a anti aromatase inhibitor, which will guard against Estrogen related sides like gyno and water retention. You must start this at day one.

This diagram has Sustanon, but I would recommend a Test E or C for your first run. Pinning same schedule as shown.

When you get to PCT I throw the SARMS Cardarine and Ostarine in there.

Cardarine will greatly increase your endurance as well as retain your gains. And not gain fat during PCT

Ostarine will continue to build muscle while in PCT.

If you wanna run winny that's up to you. But you would need a good liver protection in place like milk thistle and TUDCA.

Looks like you know about Nolvadex. And Clomid. Are staples in any old school pct.

Hope this helps. And thanks for asking. I know someone who ran a winny only cycle and regrets it to this day, due to extreme joint pain it can cause. Winny is great, but not for a first Cycle. Only.

Cheers buddy. I know i will cop shit over this but i dont want to pin. I read somewhere that if you stay hydrated enough if will limit the joint pain. I have milk thistle and be will smashing it.

Brother you're not going to get shit off a cycle like that, What are you trying to accomplish with Stanozolol for a cycle. This is typically for a cut cycle. This also will shut your own production of testosterone down to 0. You do this cycle and you will be left with NO testosterone in you body! This mean NO libido what so ever, among other issues. Your gains will be very little if any at all. Please do some research here, so you can make an educated decision on what you would like to do and accomplish. If anything, try an oral Testosterone with it, they are available.

I just chasing more mass. I figured the Winstrol was the lest toxic to the liver as far as oral go..?. I also read that tye first cycle should be one compound. What would you recommend, either in the ways of a whole new cycle or oral test?

Yes, a first cycle should only be one compound, this way if there are issues you will know what compound caused those issues. A best first cycle is Testosterone Cypionate or Enanthate at 500mg's per week. Done in two injections at 250mg's each.

Dude I didn't really wanna pin but it just goes along with the territory and you get used to it. If you're gonna go down the road of taking any aas you're gonna have to get used to pinning. And like others said do not do winstrol alone, you're gonna fuck yourself up. Run test with it too. Or just run test by itself if you only wanna run one compound then add other things in for you 2nd, 3rd, etc. cycles.
