Its all about the food bro. U can take all the juice in the world but without food u cant grow. Eat a ton of good quality food and u will grow. 6-8 meals a day .

An oral only cycle is not a good first cycle. This cycle will shut your own production of Testosterone down, you'll be left with no Testosterone in your body. This leads to a whole lot of other issues your not going to want. Main issues.....NO SEX DRIVE, that's the one I'd be concerned with, also when you come off you'll crash pretty hard even with a PCT and lose all or almost all your gains. Which to say that with D-Bol, most of the weight gain will be from water retention anyway. A good first cycle would be Testosterone Cypionate or Testosterone Enanthate at 500mg's a week, divided into two injections per week, for 10-12 weeks, plus a good PCT to get your own production going again.

Can I go with Proviron and dbol as a stack cycle oral and thank you for helping me out really appreciate it. I'm ordering from Nap and wanting to stay oral for now .

No, You need to have a base for every cycle and that base is Testosterone.
