I want to maintain an even 200lbs while leaning out and hardening up. What would good doses and cycle length (including time at the end to lower or even eliminate the Test for extra hardness) to get this done? Are there any dieting recommendations (already an IIFYMer) to do a recomp cycle besides maintainence calories and at least 200g protein?
What I am thinking:
about 9 weeks of:
Test 350 or 400/wk
Anavar 50 or 60mg daily
Do I need a pct if I will return to a "modified trt dose" (200mg, 120 is prescribed) once the cycle is over?
might possibly do my first show at the end of this, though I know NOTHING about what to do the last week or two besides dropping (or possibly just greatly lowering) the test at the end.
