Synedrex is BACK in a way

Metabolic Nutrition discontinued this product after being pressured by the FDA. Instead of waiting years for a product like Synedrex to come back in the the market, Hi-Tech Pharmaceuticals created Synadrene. Synadrene contains the same ingredients from the original formula of Synedrex including DMAA.

How is that possible if the FDA banned the original formula and the product has same ingredients then the new one isn't new. It's the same thing as the old one
