I've been pinning as much as 150mb of test cyp for about a year now. Off and on. It's worked well, but I'm ready to up my game. I plan on 250 to 500 of test cyp every week for 12 weeks and d-Bol at 30 every day for 4 weeks. I'm also drinking protein shakes, eating healthy, and taking pre workout. Any advice on my plans? Especially PCT?

5"11 330lbs. Down from 396 in January of 2015. 38 years old. I've been training consistently for 14 months and made some solid gains in weight loss and strength. My training routines for each body part are tried and true. My diet consists of 150gr carbs 200gr fat, and 200 for protein. My goal isn't to compete, but get to a healthy 250lbs with around 12% body fat. I run a mile in 9:46, bench 385. Squat 315, deadlift 495. If your on TRT, then that's ok, you just need to tighten up the diet and do your cardio. You can add Clen and maybe some T3 to help with fat lose. Get your fat down first before you decide to run a cycle, other wise you'll be wasting time and most important money!The Rules At Juiced Muscle (everyone please read)
