I have difficulty finding well fitted dress shirts without having to go to a tailor. Sometimes I buy an XL dress shirt and it works because its tight on my biceps, but sometimes they are too long. I think it really depends on the brand I buy. If you are having trouble, I am really interested to see if this is a widespread problem. What is your dress shirt size? How much would you pay for a nicely fitted dress shirt? I am collecting responses and stats through google forms.
