I've got one of those Slam Man things... it's made for chicks to do Thai Bo (or whatever it's called) but it's basically just playing Simon with your fists... great way to let off some steam... better than a bag in my opinion becuase it gives you a light to focus on and chase instead of doing random combinations on your own with modis. -
