i own a set. they really do work your forearms quite well during bench. but your overall lift suffers. so it depends on your goals. on arm day i do rack presses. so only working the triceps and use them on that day.
I have fatgripz and the knock off ones.. fat gripz are actually better at grabbing the bar. I have set for dumbells and set for barbell.. grip strength is important for me..
