Just received two bottles of test and it's crystallized. I've read something about putting the vials in hot water. Is that all I need to do. It's weird it looks like fiberglass in the bottle but it does look like it's dissolving, but is it safe?

Warm water or
On top of the radiator
Should go back to normal

A blow dryer will work also. Just don't heat it up too much.

Thanks guys. It worked. I just put it in a cup of steaming hot water for about 20 min.
