    Some tips to lose Weight:

    1.Walk everyday(minimum 30 minutes)
    2.Limit your carbohydrate intake
    3.Avoid elevator,take stairs
    4.Lower the Sugar intake.
    5.Cycling
    6.Set&maintain your exercise routine.
    7.Green vegetables are very healthy diet and help to loss weight fast.
    8.Drink plenty of water or other calorie-free beverages.
    9.Be physically active
    10.Instead of eating 3 big meals, try to eat 5 - 6 smaller meals throughout the day.

    The dietitians are making effective weight loss plans and charts, but they seem a total failure if the complete planning is executed properly.

        For losing weight it is good to follow natural tools like exercise and diet because natural ways are always effective and there is no any side effect of diet and exercise. Supplements are not safe so it is good to do exercise everyday. Running and morning walk both are most important exercises for weight lose.

          Great tips which you shared with us relating to the weight lose, I would like to say that if you really want to lose weight without any harm to your body then you should use HCG Drops and diet plans to get rid from overweight and extra fats..
          Everybody needs beauty as well as bread, places to play in and pray in, where nature may heal and give strength to body and soul.

            Sounds cool i think all these tips would be quite helpful and effective for all those people who are looking for weight loss.. i wanna add some more tips

                2. Eat Cabbage
                3. Eat more of Whole Grains
                4. Follow Weight Training
