I noticed that he's only using a 1" needle. is that standard for delts? i've always used 1 1/2".

depends on the size of the delt...in other words if you are 160lbs you prolly only need 1" to get to the muscle. a much larger guy needs bigger cuz a 1" would prolly only make it sub-q, which could lead to you leaving your oil in the fatty tissue

God made the butt for injections, 1 1/2" in the Glutimus Maximus .Thanks for the video for the shoulder guys. ( to bad the model got gyped on the Test)

I use an insulin pin for delta never had a problem
