F.I.S.T. HEALTHY CRUNCHY CHICKEN

Ingrdients:
2 Tbsp of all purpose flour
1 1/2 Cups of herb seasoned stuffing,crushed
1 Can (10 3/4 oz) of Cambells 98% Fat-Free Cream of Chicken Soup
1/2 Cup of Skim Milk
1 1/2 lbs of Boneless,Skinless Chicken Breats Halves
2 Tbsp of Fat-Free Butter Substitute,melted
Directions:
Heat oven to 400 degrees
Place flour on plate and place stuffing on another plate.
Mix 1/3 Cup of the soup and 1/4 cup of milk in a shallow bowl.
Coat the chicken with the flour,dip into the soup mixture and then coat with the stuffing.
Place chicken on baking dish and drizzle with butter.
Bake for 20 minutes or until the chicken is cooked through.
Heat the remaining soup and milk in a pan over medium heat until it is hot & bubbling.
Serve over the chicken.
